Blockchain Society at Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee has organized a great Ethereum Hackathon - STACK TOO DEEP V 2.0 in Feb. Check out their team members if you are hiring. Many of them have landed an internship/ job in the Ethereum ecosystem.
